Mr. Gwamaka Nsekela is the Chief Executive Officer of MEDENS BIOTEC LIMITED, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s operations, finance, and administration. He brings over 16 years of extensive professional experience gained from senior roles in both international NGOs and private institutions.

Mr. Gwamaka is currently serving as the Finance and Administration Manager at Apotheker, where he is in charge of overall operations, financial management, and administrative functions. He also previously worked as a Finance Manager at the Ariel Glaser Pediatric AIDS Healthcare Initiative (AGPAHI) and the Ifakara Health Institute (IHI). In addition, he has held senior accounting positions at AAR Healthcare Tanzania, Tanzania Health Promotion Support (TPHS), ICAP, and the International School of Tanganyika (IST).

Mr. Gwamaka holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (B.Com – Accounts) from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Nelson Robbins Nsekela is the Chief Operating Officer at MEDENS BIOTEC LIMITED, bringing over 8 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. Formerly with CRDB Bank, he managed inventory, vendor contracts, and procurement operations across 250+ branches, delivering efficiency and strategic solutions.

Nelson holds a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, and is a Certified Procurement and Supply Professional (CPSP-T).
